Everything met my requirements, I would like to stay there on the next trip. Fantastic place & air-conditioned room that was nicely decorated. The hotel had a great and stunning position, to a private palace❤🙂🙂
Nothing could have been better.

The staff was absolutely amazing and fantastic and my stay was fantastic, would love to go back. The room was particularly good with a luxurious bathroom and views of inner courtyard. The breakfast was great and offered a huge variety of options. The location was fantastic, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Medersa Bouanania Seminary. Plus, it was close to Algila Fes in September 2017 for one night on the way to Merzouga and the train station...

I truly enjoyed staying in this property and its marvellous and beautiful location.
Location: the hotel was near the Fes medina, shops close by, and many attractions and restaurants. It also was near common areas.

Absolutely nothing.

Spent Christmas here. A nice touch with the complimentary drinks, and we were pleasantly surprised by the Christmas dinner. Location is amazing, right in the middle of the old town. The rooftop view is fantastic for photos and just to relax. The staff was generally helpful and accommodating.
The room wasn’t anything special, nothing that stood out. Despite all the hype, the breakfast was mediocre, not a lot of variety.

This charming riad is an ideal base for exploring the nearby Medina, with its optimal location providing easy access to parking and entrance. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and exceptional water pressure in the showers. Breakfast is a highlight, with an extensive selection of cheeses, pastries, fruit, cereal, fresh squeezed juice, and excellent coffee. The staff is very friendly and helpful, offering quality information and assisting with securing guided tours of the Medina.
There may be some privacy concerns for guests staying in ground floor rooms, as they are situated near common areas and noise from other guests may be heard.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location was fantastic, nestled in a quiet corner of the bustling medina. It was so convenient to be close to all the sights without sacrificing peace and tranquility. The room was absolutely beautiful with its charming local decoration, and it was spotless and impeccably maintained. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. They even went above and beyond, offering me supper when all the restaurants were closed. It truly felt like a home away from home.
In short, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The service, the rooms, the location, everything about this place was exceptional.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good with all the basic necessities. The location was perfect for exploring the city. It was in an ideal place, close to restaurants, cafes, and shops.
The service was not up to par. The staff was not friendly and did not go above and beyond to help us.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff was kind and accommodating, even making me sandwiches for my bus trip. The hotel was well-decorated and located in a safe and quiet area close to the main shopping street and major sights. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and made to order.
Nothing all excellent.
